Management Style Indicator

The MSI is a valid and reliable instrument that measures the Thinking Patterns of respondents to reveal predominant Management Styles and the effect they have on performance and productivity. The results of the MSI will also indicate what a manager needs to do to ameliorate negative Thinking Patterns and replace them with appropriate ones, to ensure the most highly effective Management Style.

Psychological Type Indicator

This is a South African research based Indicator that reveals the predominant Psychological Type of respondents.  It is based on Carl Jung’s work and is similar to the well known Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Trustworthiness Indicator

Trustworthiness is an essential quality that is common to all great managers and leaders. This Indicator measures the essential elements of Trustworthiness. Respondents establish an overall score, as well as a component score for the following attributes of trustworthiness:

  • Caring

Personal Effectiveness Inventory for Managers

This questionnaire establishes the extent to which respondents possess the six qualities for managerial effectiveness. The inventory provides an overall score as well as component scores for the six attributes of personal effectiveness, namely:

  • Humility
  • Courage
